Public Opening Hours

Open to the public every Monday 1–4pm during University of Melbourne semesters, 4 March to 20 May (closed 1 April for Easter Monday); 22 July to 14 October and for  public events throughout the year.

The Grainger Museum is open for Teaching & Learning purposes by appointment.

The Collection is available online and to researchers and students by appointment

Limited street parking is available on Royal Parade, directly out the front of the museum.

Cycling

Bicycle lock racks are available at the front and rear of the Grainger Museum, and throughout the University. A free public bike pump and repair station is adjacent to the bicycle lock racks at the front of the Museum.
