The ‘Chinese Music Ensemble’ is a twelve-week breadth subject, offered each semester to undergraduate students from all faculties, introducing students to repertoire that includes traditional, folk, and contemporary Chinese music. In this short public concert, Dr Wang Zheng-Ting, Director of the Ensemble and world-renowned Sheng musician, conducts current students in a performance of highlights from this semester’s repertoire, in the Multivocal exhibition space at the Old Quad Treasury gallery.

All welcome to attend this performance, the final event of the Multivocal exhibition at Old Quad celebrating the history of music at Melbourne.
