Announcement from the Grainger Museum

In response to the COVID-19 situation, the Grainger Museum is temporarily closed to the public from March 18, 2020

In response to the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation, the Grainger Museum will be temporarily closed to the public from Wednesday 18 March. This decision was made to ensure the health and safety of our staff and volunteers, visitors, and community. Given the evolving nature of the outbreak, we will carefully reassess the situation in the coming weeks and share updates as they become available. Please continue to check our website for new information.

During this period of public closure, Grainger Museum staff will continue working to ensure the safety of the collection and the facility. Staff will also continue to provide our research and information service about the Grainger Museum Archive and Collection, to researchers, staff and students of the University. Researchers are encouraged to access information about the collection via our online collection database, and view our online exhibitions. Any changes to these arrangements will be updated on our website.

The safety of our visitors, members, staff, and volunteers are our top priority, and we will continue to monitor new developments closely.
